Jeremy Sindall
CEO and Founder
Jeremy founded digitalML in June 2000. Under his leadership the company has established a position as an innovator in the emerging space of XML Asset Management. This has been achieved while achieving impressive organic growth and by reinvesting profits into R&D. During this time the company has also expanded from its UK base into Germany and North America.
Prior to founding digitalML Jeremy Sindall was VP EMEA for Interleaf where he was a member of the Senior Management team, which led a three year turnaround of the business from a market cap of $13M to a trade sale to BroadVision (NASDAQ:BVSN) for $870M. This was achieved by betting the company on the emerging XML standard.
Prior to Interleaf, worked at FileNet and Xerox. In his 12 years at Xerox he was always involved on the software side of the business and went on to run Xerox's software division, XSoft for Southern Europe based in Paris. XSoft successfully brought to market several products from the famous PARC these included a workflow product subsequently acquired by TIBCO Software Inc. and and XML CMS system now owned by Astoria Software Inc.
Kevin Owens
President North America
As President of the North American market Kevin has been instrumental in leading digitalML USA inc's accelerated growth curve into the North American Market.
Prior to DigitalML Kevin founded Nevik, an enterprise software company, and as CEO raised over $7 million in equity financing and the company was subsequently sold to switchmaxx in 2003 and then to www.coppercom in 2006. Prior to Nevik, Kevin was involved in Fortune 1000 Enterprise Sales, Network Server Provider NAM Sales, and several private fundraising (debt and equity) activities exceeding $100 million representing Cisco Systems and Cisco's customers.
Kevin studied at Kansas State University in Physical Science / Chemistry and attended medical school.
Ewald Muessig
VP Support
Ewald Muessig brings 20 years of experience in Customer Support and consulting to digitalML with a recognized focus on customer satisfaction and quality support in multi-lingual environments.
Prior to digitalML, Ewald was part of the worldwide Support Management team and led the EMEA Customer Support Organization of BroadVision.
Ewald started his career as a system programmer in both development and support. He has established and run global customer support functions for a number of content management and creation software vendors.

Nick van Heist
CTO
Nick van Heist has been at the vanguard of XML related technologies for many years.
He joined digitalML in 2002 and has played an instrumental role in the conceptualization and development of the patent pending technologies behind the companies XML Object Asset management offerings.
Prior to digitalML, Nick was responsible for the overall architecture of content management products at BroadVision. He came to BroadVision with the acquisition of Interleaf in 2000 where he held the position of European Technology Officer.
As co-founder of Texcel International in the 8 years prior he played a key part in the development of their SGML/XML content management system which was later acquired by Interleaf to become their BladeRunner XML content management system.
Brigand Balleau
VP Marketing / Brand Development
Brigand Balleau has been the primary force in the development of DigitalML's vision. Brigand's responsibilities focus on those activities that involve high-level brand strategy, marketing communication, and executive-level creative development.
As a visual strategist, he created and oversaw development of marketing campaigns, ad campaigns, corporate branding, and all outward facing collateral for startup and established companies for both domestic and international businesses.
He works on innovation and taps into his experience when developing online and traditional brand/marketing projects, for which he has won several awards as well as recognition.
John Bogard
VP Sales
John has over 9 years of experience in sales, business development, and marketing in the technology, business services, and entertainment industries with proven expertise in driving exceptional growth and revenue generation. Prior to joining digitalML John was in enterprise sales with salesforce.com, the worldwide leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) services. Previously, John was responsible for a sales and business development team at Apex Systems, Inc., and as founder of Plush Promotions built sales and marketing momentum to culminate in a success company sale. John earned his BA in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
