Jeremy Sindall
CEO and Founder
Jeremy founded digitalML in June 2000. At this time the challenge was to build a new type of post .com era enterprise software company. Under his leadership digitalML have successfully addressed the Canonical Model Management space by developing a leading product solution with key patented technology (US Patent 7788238) This has been achieved while achieving impressive organic growth and by reinvesting profits into R&D. During this time the company has also expanded from its UK base into Germany and North America.
Prior to founding digitalML Jeremy Sindall was VP EMEA for Interleaf where he was a member of the Senior Management team, which led a three-year turnaround of the business from a market cap of $13M to a trade sale to BroadVision (NASDAQ:BVSN) for $870M. This was achieved by betting the company on the emerging XML standard.
Prior to Interleaf, worked at FileNet and Xerox. In his 12 years at Xerox he was always involved on the software side of the business and went on to run Xerox's software division, XSoft for Southern Europe based in Paris. XSoft successfully brought to market several products from the famous PARC these included a workflow product subsequently acquired by TIBCO Software Inc. and and XML CMS system now owned by Astoria Software Inc.
John Bogard
VP Sales
John has a background in sales, business development, and marketing in technology and business services with experience generating revenue and growth in early stage companies as well as larger public corporations. He is responsible for driving all sales efforts and extending igniteXML within the marketplace. He joined digitalML in 2006 as the company launched in the US. Prior to joining digitalML John was Vice President of Sales at MCC:o2, a global venture accelerator for early stage technology ventures, responsible for launching new products and producing repeatable and scalable revenue for client companies from the US and Europe.
Previously, John was in enterprise sales with salesforce.com, the worldwide leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) services; and was responsible for a sales and business development team at Apex Systems, Inc. John earned his BA in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Calgary.

Robert Bozeman

Robert Bozeman advises many emerging and established companies and funds in San Francisco, California. Mr. Bozeman spent his early career as a High-Technology Senior Executive for large companies and start-ups in Silicon Valley.
Bob Bozeman's background encompasses three phases: earliest involved all stages of computer technology, mid- period included operating roles in marketing, sales, and as CEO in a variety of computer industry businesses; the current phase is as an investor, private equity principal and Board Member.Technically, Bob programmed application systems for such diverse industries as retailing, finance, and library systems and developed Wang Laboratories internal MIS systems into what became the largest user of their own products. Then - as a Vice President working for Dr. Wang in Wang Laboratories Development Center - Bob started the functions that were necessary to make the company a world-class computer supplier (including QA, diagnostics, applications development and support that were sold to the largest accounts in the world). From there Bob developed marketing at Altos Computer Systems and later became the CEO of the combined Acer/Altos Americas organization.Bob partnered with Ron Conway and Casey McGlynn at Angel Investors LP funds I and II as a General Partner. Investments included Ask Jeeves, AvantGo, BrightMail, Google, PayPal, and RedEnvelope.Bob is currently on the Board of Directors of Unify Corporation, Vortex, and AkiiRa and partners with Ken Olisa at London-based Restoration Partners for AIM company listings and M&A projects.Bob received his degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati, where he was honored in with their Distinguished Alumnus Award. He also has a combined degree in Management and Arts & Sciences from Northeastern University.
